The decision was taken in a review meeting chaired by the chief secretary C K Mathew last night.
Mathew told reporters here that the financial aid would be provided from the Chief Ministers Relief Fund to the girls who were raped by the NGO workers.
Police officers have also been directed to submit the charge sheet in court within 15 days so as to ensure speedy justice for the victims, he added.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, who is on tour to Udaipur, has condemned the incident and issued directions for taking stern action against those responsible for the incident, Mathew said.
Superintendent of the girls' home in Gandhi Nagar, run by the social justice department, had been suspended when the matter came to light, he said.
The girls who were in the NGO's residential school for learning communication had informed the administration about the atrocities committed on them but the superintendent took it casually and the matter was reported to police few days later.
The school director Alpana Daswani was arrested last week for hiding the crime. While Geeta has been granted bail, others are on police remand.
