The Uttarakhand High Court today permitted yoga guru Ramdev's close aide Acharya Balkrishna to visit Nepal.
Justice U C Dhyani granted Balkrishna permission to visit Nepal for seven days.
He got the reprieve after he moved a petition before the high court today seeking its permission to visit the neighbouring country from November 23 to November 30.
However, the court has directed him to report his presence to CBI on his return from Nepal.
Balkrishna, who is accused of obtaining an Indian passport on the basis of fake documents, had been ordered not to leave the country by the court while being granted bail in a forgery case earlier.
