Rani Jhansi Grade separator, the ambitious flyover project in north Delhi which had missed several deadlines, will be thrown open to public on Tuesday by Union minister Harsh Vardhan.
North Delhi Mayor Adesh Gupta had last week inspected the flyover and said it would be commissioned on October 16.
The 1.6-km-long flyover, near St Stephen's Hospital to Filmistan Cinema, was originally scheduled to be completed by 2010.
