Model-actress Mugdha Godse has shot down reports that there is something brewing between her and actor Ranvir Shorey after the duo participated together in a reality show.
Mugdha, 27, said they are just friends and on-screen partners on the stunt reality show.
She and Ranvir, who is married to actress Konkona Sen Sharma, will be seen together in 'Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladi' and during the shooting of the show both the actors were called by other contestants as 'Ramu'.
"This teasing was just for fun, as we use to tease other contestants too. Ranvir is a very funny guy, he kept us entertaining throughout this show. We were terrified with the stunts and his humour helped all of us to release that tension. You can call him my on-screen partner nothing more than that," Mugdha told PTI.
The fifth season of the Colors' show will be hosted by filmmaker Rohit Shetty and will have celebrities like Dayanand Shetty, Salman Yusuff Khan, Kushal Tandon, Gauhar Khan among others.
Asked about her biggest competitor on the show she said, "Everyone use to surprise us every time with new stunts and dare. Everybody was a surprise package."
The 'Fashion' actress feels Rohit is strict but a relaxed task master.
"I have worked with him before and he is very balanced person. He is strict but a relax personality at the same time," she said.
Having started her career in films, Mugdha has been seen off late on TV. She also judged a Marathi reality show.
"TV is a huge medium. And coming on television with this stunt based show was right thing as it's completely a different concept.
"I used to watch the other versions of this stunt show when I was a kid and was always so fascinated that I always wanted to be a part of it someday," she added.
