"The new districts were formed on October 11 during last Dusshera. The CM has decided to lay the foundation stone for the administrative office complexes on the same day (this year).
"It is decided to have foundation stone ceremonies in (places) where the land is identified and tender process (for construction) is on," a release from Rao's office said.
The number of districts increased from 10 to 31 following the re-organisation of districts.
Rao also decided to lay the foundation stone for the textile park on October 20 in Warangal district, the release added.
Officials have prepared estimates for the project at a cost of Rs 669 crore. The ORR is being constructed as part of the National Highways expansion, it added.
