Rape accused held in J&K's Reasi

A rape accused, on the run for the last six months, was Sunday held in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

Sher Singh, a resident of Gandali-Thakrakote village, was arrested by a special police team from Panassa village, a police spokesperson said.

Singh was absconding for the last six months after a rape case was registered against him at police station Arnas, the official added.
