In non-edible segment, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseed oil all maintained a steady in the absence of buying activity.
Castorseeds futures moved down further following lack of export enquiries.
In the edible section, Refined palmolein edged down by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 514 from Monday's closing level of Rs 514. Groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,250 per 10 kg.
Moving to futures,castorseed December contract resumed steady at Rs 3,570 and later moved up to Rs 3,590 before finishing at Rs 3,568 as against Rs 3,570 yesterday, showing a modest fall of Rs 2 per tonne.
Turning to non-edible segment,Castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseed oil all closed unaltered at Rs 3,425 per 100 kg, Rs 715 per 10 kg and Rs 820 per 10 kg, respectively.
