The couple revealed the news when Keller stepped out with a noticeable baby bump at the 2015 SAG Awards.
"We're having a little boy in April. We have another ten weeks or so to get ready, but I think we're going to pull it off!," Scott, 37, said.
Scott has also been getting advice from his Veep costars for becoming a father soon.
"Matt Walsh is dropping off playpens, Tim Simons and his wife Annie have been giving us little bits of clothing here and there. So everyone's kind of pitching in. Julia (Louis-Dreyfus) been involved by sending us a lot of chocolate! She sent us a lot of chocolate and it's all for her!," he said.
