"The board of directors of the company at its meeting held today, i.E. October 15, 2016, has appointed Madan Pendse as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel (KMP) of the company with effect from October 17, 2016," the company said in a regulatory filing.
It said the appointment has been made consequent upon superannuation of Sridhar Krishnamurthy, the present CFO with effect from October 15.
"Pendse upon his appointment as CFO and KMP is authorised to determine materiality of any event of information and for making disclosures to stock exchange as per the policy," it said.
