A case has been registered on the complaint by President of Tehsil Advocate's Forum Forum, police said.
The splinter group of leader's followers have been occupying government land for the last two years.
"A case is pending in High Court and was listed for today, but it could not be taken up," president of Tehsil Advocate's Forum Hukam Singh said adding the matter would be taken up by the Bar Association Mathura tomorrow.
