Curfew was also relaxed in entire Budgam district from 10 AM to 12 noon and parts of Pulwama district from 9.00 AM onwards, the police spokesman said. He said the restrictions were eased in Awantipora area of Pulwama from 10.00 AM onwards while curfew was relaxed for three hours in several police station jurisdictions in Kupwara district.
