"I would be appearing in a song 'Dramebaaz'. It was the idea of the choreographer and the actors that I do an appearance," Rohan told PTI.
Rohan candidly said that he was never comfortable facing the camera but decided to take a plunge as it was a fun song and a "different experience".
The song was shot recently at Liberty cinema in South Mumbai.
This is for the first time that Rohan is making a film without his childhood friend Abhishek Bachchan in the lead though he made it clear that his lucky mascot was the part of the dance number.
Abhishek and Rohan have worked together in films like 'Kuch Naa Kaho', 'Bluffmaster' 'Dum Maaro Dum.'
'Nautanki Saala' stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Kunaal Roy Kapur of 'Delhi Belly' fame in the lead. As the title goes, the film is a comedy of errors between two theatre actors - Ayushmann and Kunaal.
'Nautakni Saala' is set to release on April 12.
