Rolta India today said its Chief Financial Officer V L Ganesh has resigned and he will be replaced by Dinesh Kapadia with immediate effect.
"V L Ganesh has resigned from service of the company due to health reasons, which has been accepted by the company and he ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with effect from close of business hours as of April 30, 2018," Rolta India said in statement.
Dinesh Kapadia, currently Joint Chief Financial Officer, has taken over as Acting Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Kapadia is a chartered accountant, having more than 36 years of experience and is with the company for 20 years, it added.
