The Sangh is ready for "any scrutiny or examination" of its views on the issue and "if there is anything objectionable, we are ready to withdraw it", Bedi said.
He was addressing a condolence meeting held here today in the memory of local RSS leader Ravinder Gosain who was shot dead by two unidentified motorcycle borne youth on October 17 in the Kailash Nagar locality.
The Sangh leader said that they were open to discuss any issue related to Sikhism with the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) to prove their credentials.
While talking about the Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, an organization of the RSS, he said during the last 42 years of its existence, it had never thought of contesting any election to the SGPC or the DSGMC and it had no plans to do so.
Tributes were paid to Gosain by Union minister Vijay Sampla, Ludhiana MP Ravneet Bittu, among others.
Bittu presented a cheque of Rs five lakh on behalf of the state government to the family members of the deceased.
