He will be here to attend a meeting of India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC), a key forum to address major issues concerning bilateral ties.
The Indian side at the meeting tomorrow will be led by External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
During his day-long visit, Rogozin is also scheduled to call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi
Both Swaraj and Rogozin are also expected to prepare ground for annual summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin later this year.
Cooperation in strategic areas including in the civil nuclear energy sector may also figure in the talks.
