The 44-year-old actor stars as a bad-mannered man who must go on the run with his estranged brother Sebastian (Mark Strong), who turns out to be a deadly assassin, reported Ace Showbiz.
The trailer begins with some typical action movie scenes, showing Sebastian's outstanding actions through his point of view while he shoots, kicks and breaks someone's neck.
"The Brothers Grimsby" was originally set to open last summer, but earlier this year Sony moved it to March 4, 2016.
Cohen and Strong lead the cast which also includes Isla Fisher, Rebel Wilson, Gabourey Sidibe, Penelope Cruz and Ian McShane. Louis Leterrier has directed the film, whose script has been written by Cohen, Phil Johnston and Peter Baynham.
