SEL has said that toll revenue from seven operational SPVs (special purpose vehicle) has increased from Rs. 95.07 crore in Q3FY14 to Rs 146.6 crore, up 54 percent in Q3FY15, a statement issued here said.
"As part of its overall growth strategy, SEL has started the process of restructuring wherein it seeks to consolidate all BOT road projects in subsidiary company Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Ltd (SIPL)," SEL Director Nitinkumar Patel said.
Once these acquisitions are completed, SIPL's project portfolio will increase to 13 BOT projects, with eight fully operational projects, one partially operational border check posts project and four projects in various stages of development, Patel said.
