The company had posted Rs 80.96 crore net loss in the sequential quarter ended September 2015, it said in a BSE filing.
It, however, did not mention the profit/loss figures for the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Total income from operations during the October-December quarter of the current fiscal stood at Rs 186.76 crore, while total expenses were recorded at Rs 122.60 crore.
Segmentwise, the company recorded a revenue to the tune of Rs 176.77 crore from toll operations on build, operate and transfer (BOT) roads.
Besides, the company said it has completed 100 per cent acquisition of equity shares in Dhule Palesnar Tollway Project Ltd with effect from October 29, 2015.
Sadbhav Infrastructure Project shares closed 0.59 per cent up at Rs 85.50 apiece on BSE.
