He was speaking to reporters in the Madras High Court campus after appearing in connection with a PIL filed by him challenging the suspension of Indian Premier League team Chennai Super Kings.
Swamy said a report submitted by the Enforcement Directorate in a sealed cover would be opened by the apex court on that date.
He has sought further probe in the Aircel-Maxis deal relating to the alleged role of Chidambaram, then Finance Minister, in giving it Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) clearance.
He also claimed that online betting was not banned in states like Maharashtra and Goa and wondered why spectators be punished because for some "deviations" by CSK official Gurunath Meyappan.
In reply to a query about security in the High Court due to the recent ruckus by sections of lawyers, Swamy said central security such as Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) or CRPF was required for the Madras High Court.
