After Klum was recently spotted getting intimate with her bodyguard, Seal, 49, who split from her in January, said "you now all have the answer that you have been looking for for the past seven months".
Now his representative has said that Seal did not imply that Klum had cheated on him while they were still married, reported Us magazine.
"Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating on him while they were together. But rather he was pointing out that they are separated and the divorce is not final so they are legally still married," Seal's representative said.
Klum, 39, was recently on a family getaway to Sardinia, Italy, where she was spotted getting close to Martin Kristen, her bodyguard.
With reference to the photos of Klum and Kirsten, Seal had said, "That's what happens when two people separate, they move on and generally meet other people in their lives. Whilst I didn't expect anything better from him (the bodyguard), I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were."
Seal and Klum 39, split in January after being married for seven years. She filed for divorce in April.
