Sebi slaps Rs 10 lakh fine on Chambal Fertilisers' director
Press Trust of India New Delhi Regulator Sebi has imposed a penalty of Rs 10 lakh on Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd (CFCL) Director Shyam Sunder Bhartia in a matter related to Jubilant Life Sciences.
CFCL informed this in a regulatory filing.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) in its order dated January 31, 2018 has imposed the penalty on Bhartia, it added.
