District officer Koushal Raj and SSP Shalabh Mathur said that 12 paramilitary companies, including CISF battalions, have been deployed at the venue.
"Apart from this 3000 police personnel were deployed inside and outside the stadium. We have also called police personnel from other districts to make adequate arrangements on security," they said.
They added that police, including female personnel, were also deployed to keep stern vigil on audience during the game.
