Select base metals slip on low demand

Most of the base metals slipped at the non-ferrous metal market today on stockists selling amid lower demand from industrial users.
Tin and Nickel fell by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,365 and Rs 790 from Monday's closing level of Rs 1,370 and Rs 790.
Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy and copper wire bar declined by Rs 3 per kg each to Rs 375, Rs 369 and Rs 403 as against Rs 378, Rs 372 and Rs 406 previously.
Copper armiture, copper sheet cutting and brass utensils scrap all moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 358, Rs 351 and Rs 274 from 360, Rs 353 and Rs 276 yesterday.
Zinc and lead also softened by a Re per kg each to Rs 193 and Rs 135 respectively.
