Seven teenage boys from the city were allegedly kidnapped on September 21, police said today.
District additional superintendent of police Kiranlata Kerketta told PTI over phone that Kotwali area police in the city registered a case under section 363 of IPC (kidnapping) last evening.
All the seven are residents of Dood Dairy area and aged between 15 and 16 years.
Their parents suspect that three persons, one of them 18 years old, were behind the boys' disappearance, the ASP said.
A police team was being sent to Bengaluru for probe as police had got some leads, she said.
