Singer Sia had to brave fan outburst at the V Festival when strong winds delayed her set by 15 minutes.
"The live show is not possible because of the wind. We are doing everything in our power to provide you with a show despite Mother Nature," said the announcement, cuing boos and general confusion about whether or not Sia would perform.
After a short delay the Australian singer and songwriter took to the stage in her iconic black and white wig and oversized white bow, reported Digital Spy.
On entering, Sia, 40, stood with a billowing white ruffled skirt that turned out to be her troupe of dancers concealing her "Chandelier" dancer Maddie Ziegler.
Kicking off her set with "Alive", Sia's absolutely enormous vocals soon led to the crowd's forgiveness.
A montage of dancers and actors including Kristen Wiig flashed across the screens throughout her performance, matching the stage show.
Sia was slid across the stage on her podium while her interpretive dancers flitted around her.
Fan favourite "Chandelier" finished the show as Sia's troupe of dancers re-entered the stage in a couple of weathered looking panda and rabbit heads.
"Thank you so much," Sia said before peeking out of her wig. "I can see you a little bit now.
