The 25-year-old 'Jersey Shore' star, who is popular for her fragrances like "Snooki" and "Snooki Couture", is accusing Excell Brands LLC of copying her official perfumes, reported New York Daily News.
The lawsuit says that the company created and sold a perfume last August having exact name and signature of the star as they appear on her authentic "Snooki" and "Snooki Couture" products.
"Plaintiff was not contacted, nor did she give her consent to the use of her personal name," the lawsuit claims.
