Sonia to visit Rae Bareli, Amethi tomorrow; will meet farmers

Congress President Sonia Gandhi will visit Rae Bareli and Amethi districts tomorrow and will meet farmers who have suffered crop losses due to recent untimely rain and hailstorm.
The Congress president will take stock of the losses to the crops and meet the affected farmers, a press note issued by Rae Bareli unit of the party, quoting her representative, KL Sharma, said.
She will also meet the families of the victims of Janata Express train accident in Bachrawan last week, the release added.
Gandhi will also visit Amethi which is represented by her son and party Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, who is on a "leave of absence" from Parliament.
