Subsequently, Joint Managing Director Soumitra Battacharya has been re-designated as Managing Director from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020, the company said in a BSE filing.
Andreas Wolf, an alternate director, has been appointed Joint Managing Director and additional director of the company from January 1, 2017 to February 28, 2019, it added.
Battacharya (56) has over 31 years of experience and has served in various management positions at INDAL and Titan Co Ltd prior to Bosch Ltd, the company said.
