"All questions, motion, resolutions, amendments which has already been admitted and any other debates on the subject stand sub-judice and discussion will not be allowed," Mondal told the Assembly today.
He said the Assembly secretariat has received a letter from the Law department regarding the cases of teachers having been terminated by the Education department recently after which two cases were filed challenging the order.
National Peoples' Party MLA James Sangma and three others had moved a resolution seeking restoration of the original merit list and appoint deserving candidates in the vacancies in the Education department after it sacked 246 candidates out of 355 it appointed.
