Spl courts for disposal of claims of defrauding by NBFCs: Modi

Presiding over a high-level meeting with finance department officials, he said two special courts be set up in Patna to expedite trial of the cases related to defrauding of money of the small investors by the NBFCs.

Modi, who also holds finance portfolio, asked the officials to take strict action against NBFCs like the JVG, Peerless, Helius, Badrika Plantation and other such companies for "duping small investors of their hard-earned savings".
