Subhash Ghai to produce a biopic, action-drama

Filmmaker Subhash Ghai is gearing up to produce a biopic, action drama and a film with social message.
On its 37th anniversary, Ghai's Mukta Arts is ready with three film projects to be produced next year with big stars and top directors.
"We are working on three projects one is an action drama film with an A-lister actor. The second project is a biopic and another film is with theme of social elements. These two films will be made with new generation of actors," Ghai told PTI.
Presently, Ghai is supervising these projects as a producer.
"We have not signed any actors for the film. I am good friends with most of the A-list actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Hrithik Roshan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit," he said.

Mukta Arts celebrated its 37th anniversary in a small gathering at the Iskon Temple in suburban Juhu. The company has come a long way from its inception in 1978 to having produced movies like "Karz", "Hero", "Karma", "Ram Lakhan", "Saudagar", "Khalnayak", "Pardes", "Taal" and "Yaadein" among others.
Away from films, the company is also credited with o creating India's largest and only private world-class film institute, Whistling Woods International.
