Summary of observations recorded at 0830 hrs: The Southwest Monsoon has further withdrawn from some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana and some more parts of west Rajasthan. The withdrawal line passes through Kupwara, Kukernag, Pathankot, Ludhiana, Churu, Phalodi and Jaisalmer.
