Taxi drivers agitated in airport parking area

Taxi drivers, including those operating mobile-based services, today agitated at the parking area of N S C Bose International Airport here in protest against alleged extortion by parking attendants.
A police officer said two parking attendants - identified as Dinesh Yadav and Babulal - were arrested after an inquiry by airport authorities found the allegations to be true.
The drivers started agitating in the morning hours after an altercation with the parking attendants and the demonstration inconvenienced hundreds of airpassengers.
The agitation was withdrwan following intervention of senior airport officials.
