Sheeran, 22, announced earlier this week that he wants to surprise people with his upcoming album and explains that another collaboration with the 'Red' hitmaker is unlikely, reported Ace Showbiz.
"I didn't work with Taylor on the album purely for the fact that we've done that already," he said.
"I've already done a song with Taylor within the last two years so I don't know if anyone would be too shocked by that," he said.
Sheeran and Swift have been good friends since they worked together for a collaboration single off Swift's "Red" album called "Everything Has Changed".
