Teen killed by elder sister in MP

A 17-year-old girl killed her younger sister after allegedly attacking her with a scissor in Noorabad town here over a minor dispute, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when the two sisters were alone in their house and picked up a fight over some petty issue, Noorabad Police Station In-charge, D K Sharma said.
Soon after argument, the elder sister identified as Deepa Mahour (17) attacked her younger sister Nisha (14) with a scissor causing grievous injuries on her, he said.
When the neighbours came to know about the incident they immediately rushed Nisha to a government hospital where she succumbed to her injuries during treatment.

Later police found Deepa also unconscious in the residence following which she too was admitted in the hospital.
The cause of an altercation between them is not yet known, police said adding a case of murder has been registered against Deepa in this regard and further investigations were going on.
