Teen killed in cloudburst in south Kashmir
Shabir Ahmad Garsee (17), a resident of Sarbadree Homepathri village of Kulgam, was killed when a cloudburst struck the area last night, a police official said.
He said police has reached the spot to assess the situation, adding further details were awaited.
