Teenager attacked with knife following argument

A teenaged boy was injured after being attacked by a local youth following a quarrel on Kustia Road under Kareya police station here today, police said.
Dilu, the youth, allegedly attacked 15-year-old Mudassar Ansari with a knife in front of a biriyani shop when the latter was returning home.
Police said Dilu teased Ansari, a class IX student, and he protested leading to an altercation between them.
After that, Dilu allegedly stabbed him on the left side of his neck.
The boy was taken to a local hospital from where he was released after receiving a couple of stitches.
An FIR has been lodged against Dilu, who is absconding.
