According to him, the MSMEs in the state adapted and developed advanced technological products in defence, renewable energy and minerals sectors, which were being exported.

He further said service exports have the major share among the exports and granite exports stand second which also accounts for 70 per cent of the total exports from the country.

Chairman of CII-Telangana and managing director of Kirby Building Systems and Structures D Raju said Telangana is one among the top five exporters of the country and there is immense scope for further enhancing the position in global exports which would significantly help the MSMEs here.

He further said the MSME sector needs support and mentoring in terms of international linkages and reaching out to new markets for their sustainability.
