ordered "let both the officers be taken in custody and kept in jail so as to be produced before appropriate court on February 22, 2013. "Let this matter be placed before appropriate court dealing with criminal contempt after obtaining nomination from the Chief Justice," the court said. However, an application was moved by the two officials upon which the court ruled hours later tonight that "considering the facts and circumstances stated in the application, the applicants are released on bail subject to furnishing of security to the satisfaction of Registrar General".
