Two thieves used a pickup truck to brace the ATM in Braselton town of Georgia and then rammed the front end loader right into the machine, picking it up right off its footings.
"I'm sure they had some thought behind this," Captain Michael Steffman of the Braselton Police Department said.
"They've had to have some kind of experience because as you can see it only took them a few tries to get it lined up right," Steffman was quoted as saying by WNCT-TV.
Police said a front end loader, used in the crime commited on Thanksgiving late November, was parked back at the construction site where it was taken from just a short distance from the bank.
While the crime is caught on tape, investigators have not been able to get a good glimpse of the suspects or the truck's tag. Much to their dismay, no one else apparently did either.
"You have a 20,000 pound construction equipment driving down the middle of 211 at 3am and your oblivious to why they are doing that," Steffman said.
Being that it was on Thanksgiving morning and Black Friday the next day they said they roughly had about USD 9,000 in the ATM.
