The car driver lost balance and first hit a bicycle before ramming a tea stall at Kevra village under Bansdeeh Kotwali police station area, police said.
Vishun (65), Firangi (60), and Surendra (45), who were present in the tea shop were killed while four others including the bicyclist were injured, they added.

Police reached the spot after two home guards, attached
to District Home Guards, on night patrol informed them about the abandoned car and also the valuables inside.
The home guards on suspicion searched the car and found the gold and silver articles and informed police, they said.
Meanwhile, office of the Superintendent of Police has decided to honor the duo for their bravery and also honesty, police said.
