Three killed in car-bike collision

Three persons including a teenage boy were killed when a car hit the bike they were riding on Bhind-Lahar road here, police said today.
The City Superintendent of Police (CSP), Virendra Singh Tomar said the incident took place near village Maanpura last night.
The mishap occured when the victims reached near village Maanpur and a car hit them killing Suresh Singh and his wife Rani Devi on the spot while their son Yogesh (13) who was critically injured died in a hospital during treatment.
After the incident, local residents staged a dharna and blockade on the Bhind-Gwalior National Highway 92 and demanded compensetion from the government.

Local MLA Narendra Singh Kushwaha assured the agitated people that he will take up the matter with the Chief Minister for providing financial assistance to the deceased's family and also urge him to provide government job to the daughter of Suresh Singh.
Police have registered a case and started investigations.
