Police arrested two KLO ultras Joymati Roy and Chotan Roy from Alipurduar in Jalpaiguri district, while the third Choton Roy, a hardcore KLO militant was arrested from Mehendipara area in West Bengal's Malda district.
According to the police they were allegedly involved in the cycle bomb blast in Jalpaiguri district which six persons were killed.
Both Joymati and Chotan were produced before a court in Jalpaiguri today which remanded them to 10-days police custody.
Roy was involved in several crimes and during interrogation has confessed that he was involved in the firing on a bus on December 27 last year, sources said.
Roy is also very close the KLO Commander Malkhan Singh, they added.
