Three men get 20 years in jail for raping minor girl

A court in Biora town in the district has awarded twenty years' rigorous imprisonment to three persons for raping a minor girl.
The court relied on the DNA test findings while convicting the accused.
First Additional Sessions Judge Samroz Khan convicted Rambabu Kushwaha, Lekhram alias Balla Kushwaha and Mukesh Kushwaha for gang-raping a minor girl on May 2, 2013, in Biara, additional public prosecutor O P Sharma said today.
Four other accused were acquitted for lack of evidence.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on each of the three convicts, Sharma said.
