The toddler Jasmeet Singh, a resident of Naveen Park area here, was going along with his mother Neetu when he was hit by the car which was reversing, killing him on the spot, Sahibabad SHO Dhirendra Yadav said.
The 22-year-old driver of the vehicle, Rahul, was arrested and booked in a case under section 304 A of the IPC. His vehicle was also impounded, he said.
