Cruise, 52, bought the 298-acre property back when he was married to Nicole Kidman and this week the "Mission Impossible" star finally listed the Colorado home for sale at a cool USD 59 million, reported Inquisitr online.
The estate agent, Bill Fandel, said he wants to sell the house because he "doesn't use it very often".
The 298-acre property is complete with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and boasts stunning woodwork throughout, as well as a log fires to heat up the home during those winter months.
The Telluride mansion, which is just a 12-minute drive from downtown and the local ski resort, is nestled in a secluded spot for those who require the utmost privacy but gives off some of the most spectacular views of the mountains.
