The former "Saturday Night Live" star appeared to be in good spirits and showed a great improvement following his fatal car crash, reported Ace Showbiz.
Several eyewitnesses said that Morgan "was beaming, telling his fans he was 'so blessed' and was very grateful to those who supported him."
Morgan kept smiling and was so friendly with fans who approached him during the outing. "You could tell he was happy to be alive," the eyewitnesses added.
He reportedly took some snaps with fans and signed some autographs. He even "shook hands with every person who approached," the sources added.
Earlier this week, it was announced that the 46-year-old comedian would be honoured with a star on Hollywood Walk of Fame.
He later took to Twitter to express his gratitude for being chosen. "I am honoured to be getting a walk of fame star. I hope they put me next to my biological father Charlton Heston from Planet of the Apes!" so he wrote.
