Trident Q3 net profit up 26% at Rs 78.57 cr

Trident Ltd reported a 25.97 per cent increase in standalone net profit at Rs 78.57 crore for the third quarter ended December.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 62.37 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, it said in a BSE filing.
Its total income from operations stood at Rs 1,138.74 crore for the quarter under consideration, up 25.82 per cent, as against Rs 905 crore for the same period year ago.
In a separate filing to the bourses, the company said its board has declared second interim dividend of Rs 0.60 per fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 each.

Shares of Trident were trading 4.50 per cent down at Rs 64.80 on BSE.
