Businessman Putta Sudhakar Yadav was today sworn in as chairman of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Board which governs the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala near here.
Besides the chairman, 12 others were sworn in as TTD members at a simple function in Tirumala, the sources said.
Four others, who are also members on the board, would take the oath in a few days, the sources said.
TTD executive officer Anil Kumar Singhal administered the oath to the chairman and the members, they said.
The tenure of the members is two years, they added.
