The arrested accused were identified as Sanjay Singh and Saroj Devi.
Two persons from Chipai in Saidol district of MP allegedly sold the two girls to the accused through one Pinki Singh in Agra in March, said inspector Jagdish Shinde of the Mira Road police station.
The girls hail from Bhiwari tehsil of Saidol district.
Police have registered a case under sections 372 (selling a minor for prostitution) and the Prohibition of Immoral Trafficking Act as well as the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act on the basis of the girls' complaint.
